not really and I would advise against using the program.
I would suggest just talking to the person or email and see if you get a postmaster undelivered mail report back.

Or try this method:
1) Create a new Hotmail Passport with a user name that has no relation to you whatsoever (tip: use a foreign name from the other gender).

2) Download Mess Patch from Mess.be for your version of MSN Messenger or Windows Live Messenger and apply polygamy .

3) Start a second Messenger client after applying the patch and log-in using your fresh and clean MSN Passport.

4) Choose "Send an instant message" from the Actions (or Extra) menu and instead of selecting somebody from your Contact List (which should be blank with your new account), fill in the email address of the person you suspect of blocking you.

5) Send him a message like: "Hi, are you the person who mailed me earlier about my site?" or something completely else (whatever might get him/her to react).

6) If this person replies while being offline on your other account... somebody doesn't really like you ;)

NOTE: This technique fails when the suspected blocker has chosen the default privacy setting to "Block All Others" (= users not added to the contact list).

There are various free download type things that will check for you but they are from not particularly trustworthy sources and you never know what else you may be downloading so proceed with caution  ;) http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=check+if+msn+blocked&meta=

That is why i suggested using the last method.
You could try this one but like it said on messbe nothing is 100% accurate.
http://www.blockstatus.com/msn/stchecker
It is just comming up with online or offiline status's so that is no use for you
Sometimes the old fashioned method is better
But NEVER use anything that asks you for your email and password!!!!!!!!!

http://www.funfull.com/msn-block-checker/

Microsoft have patched msn for privacy
these are the FAQ for the block checker:
Frequently Asked Questions:

What is Msn Status Checker?
Msn Status Checker is a web based tool. You can use it to see your friend is Online or Offline on Msn Messenger. You can use it to detect if someone has blocked you. If your Msn Messenger is not signing in, you can use this tool to check whether your friend is online or not.

What is Msn Block Checker?
Msn Block Checker is the same tool, some people call it with different names, and some with different. It actually show the status of a person, if that person is online according to Msn Status Checker and offline in your Msn, that means he/she has blocked you.

Does it show 100% correct status?
Yes, but we do not guarantee it. As on January 16, 2004, Microsoft has patched the method which MSN Status Checker was using, Now if the person has "Only people in my allow list can see my status and send me messages" option enabled, then you will see them offline. And we cant do anything with this.

Can everyone see my status?
Yes, If you have All Others in allow list, everyone can see your status via MSN Status Checker.

Does it show the nickname of a person?
Yes it shows the nickname of a person as well.

What are the different names of this tool?
This tool may be known as Msn Block Checker, Msn Messenger Block Checker, Msn Status Checker, Msn Status Viewer, Msn Block Finder in search engines.

Sorry to bring this one back upto the top, but just after some advice.

Here's the story.....

Daughter came downstairs, I've just found out such & such abody has blocked me on msn - I do the usual, oh well you didnt speak to them anyway etc etc etc

asked her how she knew, she said her friend had sent her a link to a website, thought nothing more about it.

Daughters friend who sent her the link is in my contacts.  Her msn keeps sending me a link to a website with  ;) after it - I click on the link but nothing happens - so send her a message asking what she is going on about - dont get a response.

Was in work today, both daughters and her friends msn are BOTH sending me links to various websites, even though they have no access to computers  - the penny drops (finally)

Even though I have DRUMMED it in to my daughter NOT to give out passwords, it looks as though she has - although I am waiting for her to come home from school to see if she has  >:(

Have just received an e mail from another of her friends with a link to a site about seeing who has blocked you - have just clicked on it and you have to enter your Messenger ID and Password - have just whizzed off an e mail to tell her not to do it.

I am presuming that I am going to have to change Amy's e mail addie - or is there another way round it ????

Sorry for the long post

Michelle

Oh what a bummer michelle  ph34r.
I have just found a discussion forum about the very same thing. Don't  try any of the sites listed there- if you read the thread all the way through some people did and got in a right pickle.

http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies-archive.cfm/867315.html

Changing password seems to be the way forward, although all her friends contacts and their contacts ad infinitum may well have to do the same thing now  ::)

I think there is a worm/virus in MSN at the moment, I apparently had a message from my 12 year old niece, when I clicked on it it was a porno site  ph34r ph34r  it definitely wasn't her as she was at my sisters house at the time, which I obviously didn't know about.  It has also been happening to a lot of our childrens accounts too.

Also a lot of my girls friends have been having the same message about 'check online to see who is blocking you'

Right then, so I wonder if it is best to simply change the password or by setting up a new account (which I have already done)  the only problem is how do you import all the contacts - is that something you can easily do ???

Will try changing the password and see if that works

Thanks guys, what a flippin nuisance  >:(

ETA - have changed her password and so far so good.

You could install a phishing filter that warns you if you visit a suspect site
