Could not perform this operation because default mail client is not properly installed

if so how did you sort it out and what do I need to install? 
it comes up whenever I try to do a Mailto link - if that makes sense :-\

Ooops I'd better not touch or fiddle around as I see OH uses Outlook express for his business mail and I see he has it for his default ... so does that mean it affects what I do then ...

No I know you wasn't  :005: it's my PC anyway he has his own and shouldn't be on here messing up my settings >:(
