I've been having trouble trying to access our emails, on our orange account....
It keeps saying -

Enter your email address and password to progress.and then when I queried the problem I got....
The address you've entered doesn't work. Please can you re-type it carefully. So I'm tearin' my hair out now
!
Anyone got any ideas?
