Renaming links?

I notice a lot of people post a link to something and rename it, usually with the word HERE, as in "photos of the dogs HERE", then when you click on the word, it opens up. Hope that makes sense. :-\

Can anyone tell me how to do it please? :D

Type this with no spaces:

[u r l= http://www.cockersonline.co.uk] word you want to appear [/ u r l]

so it would be
