It took me quite a while to find homes for the cocker pups I had on foster that were partially sighted as so many just didn't read what we were asking for - the most important one being having another, older sighted dog as a companion

Well nobody could miss that now as it's in BOLD and in red on here.
 Same with ex-breeders - they usually have to be homed with another dog too as they learn so much from them; some people, well intentioned, don't read their profile thoroughly either. 
 Fingers crossed for Ace.
