Title: clipper blade sharpening

Hi there

I need to get my clipper blades sharpened and I wondered where was best. Is this something a local shop could do, eg Timpsons or is it better to send them off to somewhere more specialised. I'm guessing its not something to do at home with the whetstone out of the garage  ;)

They specialise in grooming equipment.

Simpsons couldn't even get my watch battery right , hate to think what they would do with clippers !

Sounds like diamond edge is the best bet. Thanks for the advice.
