Can't find photo board?

It says to upload any pics to photo board but can't find this page anywhere on this site.  It all seems to be chat forums, any help?  I have a cute 12 boy needs showing off

If you are referring to how to put the photos onto a particular board, from the home page scroll down to the photo section and click on the appropriate part ( I use the working cocker section for my workers)  and then open a new topic and post the code from the photo hosting website
