Sorry I'm not aware of any issues involving missing posts. "Quite a few" implies more than a couple but I can't see that multiple posts have disappeared. What boards were they on Luvly?

Sorry I can't see any evidence that your posts have gone missing so it's all a bit of a mystery :huh: You've made 19 posts so far today so if you made others too, perhaps you lost your connection to COL while you were posting. Only explanation I can think of really.

well thats weird  :-\ I havent lost my connection , what happens when posts go missing on col do they end up somewhere you can see them ?

If posts have been deleted by the Mod Team, we know about them and if there's a technical problem, that often shows up in the error log. None of this applies in your case so as I said, it's a mystery. As no other member seem to be experiencing problems on the scale you say you have, there's not a lot we can do, sorry.

Sometimes when I am in a hurry or just not thinking about what I'm doing I click on "page back" instead of "post". Could that be what you have been doing?

it could be with your ISP. I've had that in the past so I used to copy my post before posting it then went to check it was there. I've also done the clicking back or even refresh thinking I was clicking post too.

It's certainy nothing to do with COL. If it was the mod team, as Jane says we would know and we would also tell you ;) If it was technical to do with COL then it would affect us all. ;)

T'internet can't half be frustrating ::) :005:

We are currently investigating this problem and checking the server for any database errors etc, we may do a re-count on the posts/topics which my affect some members post count. We'll let you all know of any results from our checks today.
