Hi from sunny Western Australia
I am a new member and am delighted to have been recommended this site! I have a 5 month old boy, and I am looking at the pros and cons of having him neutered. I am concerned as the breeder recommends I do not do so; as he is a lovely temperament not to have it done. I can't help feeling if we were to  go down the neutering route sooner would be better for him than later....I am worried about possible behavior issues if he remains unneutered and changes to the coat upon neutering, and would like to hear from anyone with experiences of both neutered and unneutered males.

Hi and welcome to COL  :D

I have an 8 month old Blue Roan Bitch called Skye, although we often refer to her as BabyBear.  :luv:

I have however in the past had a male dog.....
I was advised to have him neutered to calm him down, as he was extremely boistrious. We did as we were advised and had him done and it worked a treat.
I cannnot tell you what to do with your boy especially if he is so good anyway but i'm sure someone with alot more experience than me will be along soon to advise you  ;)
