We were giving Fern a small amount of naturediet with burns (we divided a pack into 5 portions), but Fern seemed a bit smelly, so we've been leaving out the naturediet and just giving her burns and she smells much better  :D  The only reason I started on it was to make the Burns more interesting but she seems happy eating it on its own which is great!  I've still got some packs in the cupboard unfortunately but I expect I can find a home for them to go to!

Ring them up with the batch number on the pack and they will replace it. The are trying to do peel back lids but they don't appear to be working ;)

Thankfully I've not encountered that, it sounds interesting to say the least.  :o

However, has anyone had problems with the lids? No one in the house could peel back two of our packs so they had to be sliced open with scissors/a knife.  :-\
