Caught out - No Burns....

I've been caught out   :-\ :-\

I only noticed that we'd run out of dog food yesterday - OH has been feeding them so I hadn't had a look in the bin for a few days. The local store that I buy Burns from has closed for referb for 3 weeks and the only other one in the area (a forty min drive away) that sells it has been let down by their supplier so I've had to buy a substitute. The only choice I had was a massive bag of Burns high oats (not a good idea for Norms) Bakers, JWB or Chappie.  :-\ I've gone for a bag of chappie as Norms had a severe allergic reaction to JWB last year so that was out and I'm pretty sure she's had a bit of Chappie in the past and been ok. It's slightly higher protein than she's used to but I'm going to have to risk it...

For those that buy Burns on-line, can you let me know where you get it and what sort of delivery times you usually have?

Hannah, after their recommendation on here I buy my lot's Arden Grange from Berriewood Wholesale.

I see they sell Burns too  :shades:

I buy Arden from Berrie wood - only ordered once but dleiver was 3 days max!!!

I used to buy Burns from their own website, but believe it or not. it was dearer there than other sites - so I buy it from local sources now.  :-\

Hi Hannah,

I order directly from Burns Pet Nutrition in Carmarthenshire (tel. 01554 890482). If you call in the morning, it sometimes arrives the next day if it is not the weekend. Otherwise, the day after. I have always found them very helpful and very efficient. Good luck!

Hi Hannah, i am in Surrey too and Delivery for Berriwoods  in my area has always been on a Tuesday, so i have ordered it on a Monday and had it delivered the next day :D

Have you tried searching the website for stockists http://www.burns-pet-nutrition.co.uk/stockists/
You probably have but just in case. I often find weird places doing dog food around here like grden centeres, farm shops etc

We buy it from Berriewoodsales and for Milton Keynes delivery is on a friday.
