Well I finally bought them some chicken wings - OH had to bash them with a rolling pin and feed them one each when I went off to collect my contact lenses
He placed one in each of their bowls - Katie took hers onto her rug and promptly left it there !
Henry took his onto his rug and devoured the lot
OH put Katie's back in her bowl and Henry took it, running for the hills (our bed !) and ate that one too. Katie was not in the slightest bit bothered that he took it either

OH thinks it may have been because I wasn't home, Katie can be a little funny about eating 'food' if I'm not in the house -treats she'll eat
So the verdict is - Henry thoroughly enjoyed them
- OH said he had such a look on his face of enjoyment - Katie we're not soo sure
