Poor Barney and poor you  It's very worrying but hopefully he'll recover quickly now it's out. Jeff had to be opened up to have a kebab stick removed (which he ate along with the kebab  ) when he was only 5 months old so I know how you feel.

Barney Boos is comfortable but quite drugged up and is being kept in overnight for observation and to ensure they can manage any pain and then being transferred from the emergency vet to our regular vet tomorrow

He will be so so spoilt when he does come home
