Yes, you can feed raw fish to dogs. Salmon and tuna are not recommended for raw as they can harbor a toxin if they are not handled properly when they are caught. Shellfish should not be given raw. Also check online if there are any problems with local fish. Most whitefishes are ok

Here are a couple of links for you. You'll find some contradictions, and you hear a lot of people say you should never do it, but it is safe in moderation.

and a bit on toxicity in fish:

Yes, I mainly give Coco raw mackerel, sardines and sprats and she will eat the lot including the head :020: It is really good for them as it is full of omega oils and the bones full of calcium  ;)

She took a while to get used to it - I think it might have been the slimey nature of it as she was not keen on raw kidney or liver either.  I used to chop it up and mix some bran in with it to make the texture a bit rougher - she eats it without now  :D

Dad's dog has raw fish... and I would feed Honey it if she would blummin' well eat the stuff...  :005:
We use tinned fish as a standby for when we've forgotten to get anything out, but she would have raw fish if she'd eat it....

Prize Choice make blocks of frozen raw minced white fish. I feed my dogs those if not tinned.

Thanks for your replies - I was hoping that it was OK to feed, but had also read some articles on dogs being poisoned by raw fish, and was a bit anxious about it.
I will definitely try some now.
Thanks also for the heads up on the Salmon.
