Raw diet?

I'm interested in possibly moving Charlie to raw. I've tried him with a chicken wing with no success. Is raw good for those with sensitive tums?

I know this is asking a lot but could someone provide me with an idiots guide (i.e. something like a weeks/few days worth of meals?) What variety of meats do you use? Is there anything I shouldn't use etc?

There are loads of threads on raw feeding - if you do a search for raw feeding or BARF you will find all the information you need and more as this question is asked on a very regular basis 

And, yes, raw can be great for dogs with sensitive tummies
