Hi there. Ive got a problem lap top blew up Wednesday night transferred net onto PC but when im trying to go onto Ebay it wont accept my details when im trying to get help they keep telling me to sign in first ( it wont accept my password ect...) urgggggggg tried changing password no luck if any one can help i would be grateful... Very frustrated Julia

Hmmm sounds weird. See if you can access This link on Ebay help site.  or this one I tried it and was able to get in without being logged into Ebay.

Only other suggestion is to make sure that the PC is not still logged onto Ebay using a different account ID. (Click the sign out link on the home page of Ebay)
