Still not working - very annoying. Hope they sort it quickly.
Haven't tried mine again yet...will do so now. I suspect we might all have to change our settings in some way, even though its their fault. I've had this happen before, and the tech support people guided me through sorting it, but I'm ashamed to say, I can hardly understand a word they say, cos its always an indian call centre and I really have problems understanding their accent. Thats why I asked on here before phoning them
