« on: September 24, 2007, 09:45:53 AM »
Hi fluke will be 3 months on the 29th of this month, I am feeding him purina Beta puppy food and for his weight which is 10kg now he should have 440gm a day which is given in three feeds at 7.30am,12.30pm and 5pm. He eats all no props, but is it too much as he poos 4 times in the day and when i get up in the morning at 6.30am he's poo'ed in his crate!! >:(

I don't know anything about Beta food.  I feed Burns.  I do know that the more rubbish that is in a food, the more a dog poos.  The more natural the food that goes in, the less comes out the other end :005:   Is it possible it is the food and not the amount?

I got told by my trainer that Kali should only be doing 1-2 poos a day.  Don't know if this is right ...... or a pile of poo :005:

Small puppies are like small babies - they are pooing and peeing machines. 3-4 times a day is pretty normal for a puppy this age.

Braan is going to be a big boy as there is still a load of skin for him to grow in to  :005:

I'm just in the middle of changing his food over from puppy to junior  :D First day of change today (1/4 of old food taken out and 1/4 of new food put in  ;) )
