I like LK food, but it is quite expensive. Didn't know they did a recipe book til someone mentioned it on here, so googled and ordered.
Dylan has just had meat loaf added to his usual Evolution kibble, instead of a third of a tray of wainwright wet food, and his after dinner snack was three fishy bites made with tinned salmon, egg and flour. Je's now reclining on the sofa looking like the sultan who has just worked his way through the harem :005:. It,s nice to know what has gone into his food, he's enjoying it anyway :D :luv:

I've got this book but to be honest I've not really read it properly. I will dig it out and have a go.

Lesley, so glad you liked the book, Bea loves the meatloaf and I would often change the meet to Turkey and add different veg, cook ,cool, slice and freeze.
My vet commented on how well she looked on my cooking :D

Yep, that's the one. Clean bowl again tonight (he normally leaves a bit for nighttime), and the salmon treats have gone down a storm.
When I think back to how we used to bring up our dogs, with four homemade meals a day for pups, I think how easy it is to go down the convenience route, thinking we're doing our best for the dogs with good nutritious meals made by experts, but oh how boring for them.
