He's recovering very well, thanks. Taking his tablets (well we all know how fond he is of those
) and wearing his t-shirt like a good little boy. His wound is looking great so it's just a case of gentle lead exercise until the stitches come out.
He's booked in to sit his gold good citizen award tonight so I'm going to have a word with the examiner and see what she thinks. The way I've interpreted the exercises, there is nothing strenuous involved, no retrieves etc - most of it is stay exercises. If that is the case, then we might try but if it sounds a bit much, we will put it off till next time.
All in all, he is as bright as a button (apart from when he has to go out in public in his t-shirt
)
