Daisy's Just Peed On The Floor

Now it's not a major issue - but I'm interested in your/thoughts opinions.

Daisy has just eaten her tea, walked out of the kitchen into the dining room, turned round to look at me and peed    She was about 15 feet away from me at the time.

She has constant access to the outside world via the cat flap, she doesnt usually ask to go out to wee but just disappears outside.

When I cleared it up it didn't smell weird so I dont think she has an infection.

I didnt tell her off - was too shocked to think straight really

Any ideas??

I think its just probably one of those things :)

Milo has done exactly the same before as has Nance.....totally randomly.......I just thought they were being lazy little sods!

Have to say I did tell them off because they were both old enough and ugly enough ant the time to know better and I saw them do it.  Especailly given the fact Milo is the cleanist dog known to mankind he took about 3 days to toilet train as a pup! So I just put it down to the fact they couldn't be bothered!

Someone'll probably come along and say its a pack issue or something. Its only happened once with both of them........so far!!!!

Mikey has done this on the odd occasion, but he's only 8 months old.  I guess it's just one of those things.

Yep - Max has the occasional 'oops' & he's 8mths old & has been toilet trained since 12 weeks!! Keep an eye but probably just one of those things!

Our breeder told me the other day that Max's dad, Max Snr (aged 5) peed on the kitchen floor cos it was raining & he couldn't be @rsed to go out - he stood in the doorway apparently & then turned round & went for it - she was NOT impressed cos one of the pups was watching at the time!!

you should have pretended you had given ollie the secret 'toilet' command - that would have REALLY impressed the other cocker owner!
