East Midlands training club?

Hi!

Does anyone know of a nice, friendly training club that uses positive reward-based methods (clicker trg would be a bonus!!) and is in the East Midlands area??

Are you wanting a club that does agility or obedience?  If agility there is EMDAC http://www.emdac.co.uk/ but the east mids is quite a large area so it could be miles away from you!

Sorry ::), also forgot to say that Charlie is only a babe - nearly 6 months old, so for now it's a obedience club I'm after!

Obedience isn't our thing  :lol:  so unfortunately I don't know much about clubs in the area, but hopefully someone else on the forum will be able to point you in the right direction.

Derby Dog Training Club  :D

I used to train there (but not in the puppy class, so I dont have first hand experience of that class).  I think they train at Chellaston, just off the A50?  The only reason I dont train there at the moment is because I moved out of area.

They are KC registered, and use positive reward based methods (dont think they use clickers though?)  The trainers are friendly and approachable.  There are members of the club that compete, and they hold an open obedience show each year.
