you could try on a piece of old carpet to start with outside and make the carpet gradually smaller.

Yes I clicker train  ;) but to no avail out side with sitting  ::)

Will fern go down? If so why not try the sit from the down or have you already tried this?
If  she will put her bum down in the house why not try to put the carpet down outside the door to strart with.

Thanks Mark I'll give the carpet a go  ;)

But not now as it's blowing a gale here and chucking it down don't think I would have any luck in this weather  ::) .
