help with problem

Daughter has just bought a new phone Samsung D900i. It comes with a disc so you can connect to computer to download pictures from phone to computer. She has been trying to set it up but keeps geting the message set up can't take place due to error 6001. Any ideas?

Sorry, not very good with "PC". I run my disc on the PC then a hb cable? from my phone to the PC.

Try Googling the error code (which I just did but v.confusing!) Or try downloading the software directy from the Samsung website.
Also, not sure how it is connected but if your 'puter is fairly up to date and it connects via USB you may just be able to connect it and it will recognise it anyway.
Does your puter have blue tooth? You could blue tooth them across if so?  :huh:
