Microsoft Office 2007

I have just bought and installed office 2007 on both my PC and laptop.  My god it looks good but half my buttons to do things have been stolen!  I am after a book.  I usually go for the "teach yourself visually" range but I wonder if anyone else has and other suggestions?  Maybe even the mircosoft version?
