We have had Suki a Irish Wolfhound/Deerhound cross since she was 3 months old, we rescued her from Travellers. She was a lovely bundle of fluff who grew into a big cream bundle of fluff. She was diagnosed with Cushings Disease in September at the age of 7.
Last night I heard funny noises and came down stairs to find her almost comatose. The vet felt that she had suffered a stoke that was irrepairable.
Run free Suki, Toby is waiting at the bridge. You are free of pain now.
