Very sorry to hear this  :'( If I were the breeder then I would have told all the potential puppy buyers that the mating had failed as soon as I had found out. Do you know when they actually confirmed that she wasn't pregnant? If it was just after the scan then they should have told you then, certainly not waited until now for you to call them!  >:(

Have pm'd you about another good source of well bred working cockers who are health tested etc...

I am so sorry you have had to go through this and understand how you feel.
We are also waiting to see if some pups are born or a false pregnancy.
I always think everything happens for a reason (although we have had a bad time lately so sometimes wonder what the reason is)
There is probably a pup out there with better temperament and better colours ;)

Oh no! Just read the news about the pups. Really gutted for you.  :embarassed:
Sounds like there may be hope with another littler though so I've got my fingers and toes crossed for you. My breeder has still got a pup available if you're interested-she's based in Durham though. PM if you want her details-her pups are also health tested!
