What's happened to the heading banner?

The bit with my pic and 'show new replies to your posts' etc is gone. It just says 'Hello Coco' then under that it's the blue links; Home, help, search etc.
Is it just me or has it changed?

on the far right there is a little plus or minus next to the time?  press that, it should bring it back for you
