Need to change personal details but cannot do it

Can anyone help ?I have just left my job and the e mail address for COL is registered as that one I nees to change it but cannot remenber my password as if I ask for a new one it will be sent to the work one.Any ideas thanks

Try sending a PM (personal message) to one of the moderators (Colin or JaneS) as they can probably make the changes for you.
