So sorry to hear your sad news. It sounds as though Archie had a wonderful life with you.
My thoughts are with you.

Children grow up and don't want cuddles, but dogs are puppies for life.

Gosh, I have tears in my eyes. So very sorry.  We lost our rabbit at Christmas, she wasn't old, only young, but I found her in the morning laid out on the floor in her run.  I think she had been out there all night.  I nursed her from 7 in the morning until she died in my arms at 9.30pm that night.  I cried for hours.  The children cried.  It was awful ................ she is buried in our garden.  Thinking of you ..............

Just seen this post.  4 years?  Such a short life but apparently a very full one.  I am glad he has a place in your garden as well as a place in your heart and that he will always be with you.  :'(
