Help ....... advice needed

We have a 12 week old cocker who is so adorable and several people have said we should show him - our breeder even said she had considered him for this - how do we go about training him for this.

Does anyone know where to look for training classes and ring craft classes?

Help I am new to all this and need pointing in the right direction.

Hi. What area do you live in? There may be people who visit this site that could tell you of local clubs that run a ring craft session near you. If you can find somewhere to train at, there will be experienced people there who can advise you on how you go about training your puppy for showing. It's nice you have expressed an interest in showing. At 12 weeks your puppy is likely to change an awful lot before hitting the show age of 6 months. Some make it to the show ring, others don't. However at that age you can't really tell. I wish you the best of luck and hope you and your pupy have lots of fun!
