This is only 4 gens but you get the idea....

as you know I never chose her breeding as I got her at 5 months so when looking into it after I got her I was amazed to see the same name on both her dam and sires side further along the line...

I have this with Millie also Lynsey - but Jane says its "a ok" and is used to "bring" out good points from one generation to the next
Millie has Mistfall Medlar - GGGgrandfather on her dads side  ;) how distantly related is that ?   ;D  ;)

Well - finlay has a couple the same as jessie - badger boy, surprise surprise, star of shining example, bugsy malone, tandougal, hobsons choice.

With Mistfall Meddler being the sire of Cocker Spaniel superstud Bitcon Troubadour 8), Jessie will find herself with a very large extended family of long lost relatives......Misty included. :)

Hi Lynsey

Lots of the names on Georgia's pedigree are the same although I am doing this from memory.  ::)   When I get home I'll have a look on the pedigree (which I only got on Saturday) and let you know.  :)

hi we lost a cocker spaniel -jarvis,who died from kidney falire at just over a year ,and he had tansy lass, peridot morning glory,lots of jaffare ect,but on his they doubled up alot on both the mother and fathers side as it is a herreditory thing,very sad to see a beautiful dog go down hill so quickly.but get in touch if you want more info,chances are they are related,but can give more info if needed.

well surprise surprise Mistfall Meddler crops up in taliskas pedigree as well, 5th generation.

also Talis Dad is a Tavin

my 2 cockers may be related, firstly clarissa, she has lynwaters and tavin in her pedigree, (she is actually a tavin), secondly treacle has bitcon troubador as her grandad.

Hi Clarissa

Your 2 Cockers are only related if the same names appear on both their pedigrees eg if both have Bitcon Troubador in their pedigree, then they are related.
