Why does he lick frantically at my face the completely slow down and carefully concentrate on my mouth haha, any one else's do this when near the mouth..

I don't (if I can help it) let Minstrel lick my face and particularly not my mouth. Considering what he sniffs and licks whilst out I really don't like the idea. He also has a tendency to clean his nether regions with his tongue, I really don't fancy him licking my face after that :020:

Haha really doesn't bother me at all.. dont get me wrong I dont encourage it but hate shoving him away .

Gemma does slow long licks. starts at your chin and goes all up your face. have to keep your lips together else you get a frenchie

Yep thats what I do, but the worst is the tongue in the ear.....ick :fear2:

Chaz's licks are long and slow, from under my chin to my forehead using his nose to move my glasses to the top of my head at the same time.
The tongue in the ear isn't too bad but it's the suction when it comes out that brings a tear to the eye :005:

We get licks and nibbles all over face especially ears and noses!

Diesel gets to lick everyone except me.
I have a way around it where i cuddle him so he looks up but everyone lets him do it or have a good nibble on the ear. His new thing is to lick in the ear. Is just not for me. Everytime he sits on my lap he licks his boy bits, why would i let that on my face.

Rowan's too excited to co-ordinate what she does! It's frantic licks all over the face when I come in. She pins me on the sofa, jumps on my chest to push me over then launches. After the licking, I get the full hairy tummy in the face as she covers my full head for cuddles. I end up covered in hair, spitting hairs out of mouth and smelling my own face all sour and stinky. But guess what, its the favourite part of my day. The family know that they don't even get a hello til this ritual is complete :005: (then they won't kiss me funnily enough).

Jinley will very carefully like your eyes but likes to give a peck on the lips when you are coming and going.
If my OH has been to the pub she is frantic trying to lick his mouth and even nibbles at his bottom lip to gain access to the beer nectar :020: (yuk not because of the licking but because of wanting to get into OH mouth :005: :005:)

Sweepy likes ears. He sniffs our mouths and fingers, I always assumed it was because he can taste\smell the food you've been eating or preparing. He also tends to jump on you if you're snoring and lick your face. We've had a few startled guests in the past!
