That collar sounds like a great idea, but as i'm having one of my MANY blond days :?  What happens if your dog is an extreme puller, does it open then :?:

The D rings are either side of the "Breakaway" section.  When the lead is clipped onto both rings at the same time - it over rides the safety system and acts as a normal collar.
