Hi all, lost my beautiful Bailey out on the shooting ranges in Bordon, Hampshire today. He is brown with tan paws and brows and white muzzle and chest. We are so very worried about him. He went missing around 4 pm and gave up searching and just past 10 pm. I am going into hospital tomorrow for surgery so my hubby will be out searching... Please keep eyes peeled, he is very friendly, tagged and chipped. Just praying he keeps safe and is found :'(

Forgot to say he has a blue coloured collar with red tag and a red bell, so if you hear a jingling bell it might be him

As others have said, please put Bailey on Dog Lost if you haven't already done so. They will email everyone registered with them who lives in the postcode area where Bailey went missing. If you can post a photo of him on there it can be printed off on a poster for people to print off and post in the area.
Suggest you also contact all vets in the area as people who find a dog often phone the local vet to see if they've been notified of any missing dogs. Also phone the local council if they have a dog warden or pound, and any local rescues.

I hope you find him very soon. Contacting the local vets is a really good idea as when we lost Marley, he was first picked up and taken to a vets. Thankfully he was chipped as he had somehow managed to lose his collar and tag on his travels.

Hoping that Bailey has been found by now, but in case he hasn't I've logged on to Dog Lost (I'm a member) and let them know about Bailey. I'm guessing they may not be able to post him as a lost dog without the owner's consent, but at least they have his description and details if anyone posts him on there as a found dog.

Was going to say Doglost... there is also a Lost & found spaniel FB page. I'll put the details on there, perhaps they can be updated with further info when obtained. Also added to another FB spaniel page.

Someone on Facebook is saying he's been found, hope so, I spent about an hour driving round after the school run hoping I might see him. Brings a tear to my eye when I see our fury friends are lost. :-(. Hope he's ok and tucked up in his own bed by now. :-).

He's now on Dog Lost as lost following my contact with them, so I'll email them again and say it looks like he's been found, awaiting definite confirmation. Great news :D
