Just wanted to share my experience of More Than and Tessa, my Springy who went to the bridge last month  :'( :'(

I know they aren't the cheapest of insurers but Tessa was under a conventional vet for pain relief, X rays etc, a holistic vet for acupuncture twice a week and also had hydrotherapy.

More Than paid up promptly for all of it, no quibble what so ever, they were very understanding when I called to say that we had lost Tessa, they offered me a bereavement support call and subsequently sent me a really kind letter.

Just wanted to share as often its a case of people complaining about insurers and I just wanted to give them the credit they deserve  :D

That is nice to hear, I will keep them in mind if I do change insurers.

I'm sorry for your loss, I know how hard it is.

That's good to hear as Harvey is insured with them.
