bit of an odd question my 4 month old sprocker has very thin hair around his but and also very little hair on his belly ,do you think it's normal for his age, most other dogs i see around his age have much more hair, you can see his skin through his hair around his bum.

Hi, Humphrey is a show cocker (6 ) and his belly looks the same! ;) Some dogs generally have more or thicker hair, it does vary but your lad looks quite normal. (That‘s Humphrey‘s favourite pose as well, they do love to boast!! :005::luv:)

He's a working red cocker with a white chest and looks very similar in terms of coverage. Slightly more over his chest... practically bald lower down :shades:
He's currently snoozing in a donut position... if he rolls over I'll try to get a pic :D

thanks, this is the third cocker i've had and the other two were way more hairy, good to know it's normal.

Peanut was quite bare down there too until she got to about 6 months. At 9 months now and fluff everywhere
