Title: Teeth
Post by: *Jay* on April 06, 2007, 07:02:32 PM
Aspen has chipped one of his lower incisors and as it is affecting his eating, he will be paying Mr Vet a visit on Tuesday morning. Can you show a dog who has at best a chipped tooth or at worst a big gaping hole where said tooth used to be  :005:

I know of a couple of Border Collies being shown with a missing tooth.  As far as I am aware they are usually penalised for it, but that does not mean they are overlooked.  Not sure what would happen for a cocker though?

hiya,
i have heard of a cocker with a broken tooth who has done well showing. The thing is i suppose is as long as the dog's bite is true and that the broken tooth is not a hindrance or altering the appearance od the bite. But then the judges dissision is just that theirs.
