Was speaking to the breeder today and the current whereabouts of this puppy is actually known but everytime the police get sent to the house, they do a runner out the back so as of yet they haven't been able to get him back

Crikey, the Lynwater kennels are only a 5-10 minute drive from my house  :-\  Not good news that there are dog thieves operating in the area, not that my two are left outside though.

I really hope the Police manage to get the puppy back soon.

You would think that they would put someone at the back to catch them   At least they know where the pup is and are taking the theft seriously.  I'm sure he will be back where he belongs very soon.

Oh I do hope so too, I think to know where he is and not be able to get him back is even more of a nightmare  :'(

That sounds a bit inept on the police's part.  ::) Couldn't afford to let that happen if it was a terrorist so why can't they catch these people??  :shades:  Hope the police get their act together soon.  :-\

I thought it was a bit bizarre myself - like Elisa said, just stick someone out the back to catch the toerag! I just hope he is being looked after

Anymore news on this poor wee mite? You wouldn't think it would be that difficult for the police to get them back if they know where they are.  :'( :'(

There's a sign up in my local PAH with some pictures of this little boy as Lynwater are very near to me, it says that he's still reliant on his mum and desperately needs to be returned. I really hope they get him back soon  :-\

I haven't heard any more so far. I have been in contact with the breeder over the past 4 weeks or so as I have my name down for a male pup. There was the possibility of an older pup being available so I called on Monday for a progress check on that when she said that this little guy was looking suitable for me before some cretin nicked him (cretin is my word - she used obnoxious so-and-so  :005:). Obviously I hope he gets returned regardless but now that i have a personal interest, I feel like doing some door knocking myself and giving the police a kick up the bum  >:D

If it can be proved - which is unlikely, as the police will not have advised to make any payment, so the evidence will have been lost  :-\

I am sure that if I was faced with the same situation, I would pay too - but sadly, each time of of the evil people are successful in getting ransom money, it encourages more of the same....... >:(
