Is anyone from the Aberdeenshire area going down on the sunday either competing or watching?

just spent half an hour grooming Bilbo, he looks gorgeous, only for Mr CS to phone and say we are heading away to the east coast tomorrow and I can just head to SKC from there on sunday morning - but you know what that means - beach hair! so my 2 working boys will look like scruff bags again :005: twas worth a shot, if Bilbo looks gorgeous at SKC on gundog day I always get lots of confused looks and people asking what breed he is :005:

I had a lovely (but long) day. Met a few COL ers including Dunbarry and Otter, Cazza, Joannev and loujo briefly before her class. Well done everyone. Going only made me wish i had taken Elmo ::) I bought a new canvas crate (it did have a vetbed in it Carol ;)) and a beef Kebab, for Elmo not me and i also bought a new leather show lead :luv:

Im just home :lol2: im shattered :005: Otter had a super day but as I knew he is nothing like his show bred cousins and never stood a chance they were 3 or 4 times the width of him :o He did me proud though and could not have asked any more from him. The comments I got about him were touching as he is a fine example of working strain :luv: Its been a fantastic experience and seeing all the other show dogs was mesmerising :luv: :shades:
Well done the cockers they were just beautiful and a credit to the breed :luv: Louise it was lovely to see you (although never got to talk to you) and thanks again for being a wonderful advisor, you are a credit to the showing franternity ;) And to Freya and Cazza for their support and encouragement. Looking back now I would deff show again (now ive had time to get over the nerves) but not with the labs as I couldnt own a heafty type show Lab. Mmmmmmmmm now I did here of a litter of standard poodles :lol2: :lol2: Just joking :005: :005:
Well done again to all those who did well and to those who didnt get placed its a lot of work and you are all winners in my eyes :shades:
