Have just phoned AXA and they tell me that "Pet insurance is no longer available to new customers from AXA but if you already hold a policy with AXA then you can renew it", they are just not taking on new customers

Yes, that is a relief, as Inky's just become in need of his insurance....

Just had my renewal notice - gone up 7 times!!! Was £27 now £190 a month. Did claim last year, but still!

Must be a mistake - will call tomorrow.
