Very happy with them.  

I really believed they might not pay for the recent Gastro Enteritis claim because Toby had it two years ago under a different insurer.  I thought they would class it as ongoing but today the cheque arrived for the full amount.  Renewal only went up barely £6 a month (to just over £18) too, so well chuffed.   :banana:

I was quite happy with them and there was no problems claiming with them with Bella's problems earlier this year, but hubby has apparently changed us for something cheaper.
