I wouldn't go for low cover or non-lifetime cover. That said, Archie was with Argos and they were brilliant. They paid out for the complications after his castration (I didn't think they would because it was elective surgery). They actually paid me more than I had ever paid in. I got a cheaper quote the following year but I actually nearly stayed with them because they were so helpful and prompt with the claim.

So after 4 days of trying to get NCI to take
a debit card payment on the phone to renew
Eliies exhorbitant quote they seem unable
to do it so ive told them to forget it and I now have
an uninsured 7 year old blind dog...flaming marvellous >:D
DO NOT GO NEAR NCI !
