It is with heavy hearts that David and Merryn of Belcroft cockers report the loss of Aus Ch Belcroft Highland Tale. 'Noustie'was only 5 years old and died very quickly from a paralysis on Christmas morning at the vets. Noustie was a grandson of Palacecraig Go West and Lochdene Pinup Girl - and somewhat like his grandpa.
Noustie was a special boy for us, not only at home enjoying walks, being 'top dog' and swimming in the dams - he won under English specialist judges, something we are very proud of as 'Downunder' it is hard to keep an eye on 'english type' when the All Breeds style of cocker is so prevalent.
Noustie started his show career winning Puppy In Show under Bob Jackson (Monpessom), Junior in Show under Doug Telford (Courtmaster), winning Australian Bred class under Pamela Halkett (Wiljana) and Jane Mitchell (Glowhill), dog CC, BoB and Best In Show under Duncan Craig (Alisma) (a very special moment for us) and Reserve Dog CC under Andrew Jones (Shenmore). Noustie was a one-of-a-kind cocker and we miss him.
