Pet insurance
« on: October 03, 2003, 11:32:06 AM »
Hi everyone.

We are shopping around for the best pet insurance. Any reccommendations????

Our vet told us to make sure that which ever policy we take out, make sure there is no time limit for cover, e.g. 12 months max from onset of illness. because if our cocker were to develop diabetes for e.g and would need life time treatment, this type of poilcy would only pay for 12 months.

Look forward to hearing from you all  ;D

There are some that aren't very good at paying up either (these and only limiting it to 12 months for a condition are usually the cheapest).

Have a look at this previous discussion on insurance. Hopefully it'll give you some ideas ;)
