I tried trimming Brackens feet the other day and have managed about half of it, so at the moment she looks worse  :005: Hoping to finish the rest tonight or tomorrow, it's the one thing she doesn't like having done....

For anyone near Suffolk,

There a Exemption Dog show (companion show) this Sunday (25th May)
Clopton Villge Hall, Nr. Woodbridge, Suffolk

Its run in aid of The Newfoundland Welfare.
There's a Newfie open show (judge by my puppy class trainer)

Pedigree Classes:
A.v. Puppy (6-12 mts)
A.v. Sporting
A.V. Non-Sporting
A.V. Open

Novelty Classes: Pedigree and Non-Pedigree
. Child Handling
. Adult Handling
. Veteran (7yrs and over)
. Best Cross Breed
. Best Newfie
. Best Condition
. Best Under 15"
. Best Over 15"
. Wiskey Strakes (dog judge would like to take home)
. Handsome Dog
. Pretty Bitch
. Irish Brace

Entries from 10am - Judging at 11am.
Food and Drink all day.
No pups under 6mts (tho my puppy class trainer said 2 pups who are 4mts could come but not enter, so i don't know on that one - didn't notice until I got home)
No Biches in season.

Anymore info PM me.

I was thinkin' of entering Marlee. It would be his first show.
Oo. As I'm pretty new to this, what does "A.V" stand for?

This is a BRILLIANT show to go to, the novelty classes are great fun  :shades: and if it's a nice day you can watch some Highland Dancing etc and have a look around the stalls. I've always gone to this show and both Buttons and Lola won the AV Pedigree Puppy Class, this was the show that actually got me hooked on showing  ;) I might go this year but it's a couple of days after I get back off holiday...but I think Gracie deserves a day out  ;)
