I know this is a bit early as we haven't even got Crufts over with yet    I just wondered whose going to SKC this year. I'm taking Butty NFC so I can get her eye-tested  :)  So if anyone else is going hopefully we can meet up  :D

Not this time Gilly, sorry :) Fingers crossed the show will go ahead as the SKC is still in an awful mess & unless they sort themselves out pretty quick, I could see the show being cancelled. I'm sure common sense will prevail in the end as no one will want this to happen

  Is it  :?  But i've paid  :? Is that just May...or August too  :?:
I did notice that the website is a total shambles....broken links, and links taking you to schedules from 2002   Think they need to get a grip...or at least get someone to maintain it at least  :(

Edited to add.....Adrian says you'll miss his cooking

As you know, I was planning to visit SKC in May.  But the cheap plane ticket had to be paid for a few weeks ago, and with all the "trouble" there have been around the club, I decided to not take the chance.......just incase the show would be called off or something like that. :(

But will surely visit Edinburgh and the show sometimes in the future  :)

well, I've finally managed to get all booked, all 3 boys are going NFC, catalogue booked, eye test booked but do we still get our car park pass??? I couldn't see any mention of it. Also, if the show does get cancelled, do we get our money back cos this has just cost me a small fortune

Hi Gilly - can you tell me when and where the SKC show is? I've never been to a dog show before - can I take Pickle? (even though he'll probably be madly excited, and woof at everyone/everything) I imagine Mrs McLean will be there with some of her finest Lynwater Cockers? Buttons and Pickle could be the Lynwater cheerleaders - we could dress them up with pompoms? (only joking...!!!)

Sorry Emma, only those dogs entered for the show or entered "not for competition" can go in - Kennel Club rules & all that :)

Jane's right I'm afraid Emma...the only reason I'm taking Butty is because she's getting eye tested. It would still be nice for you to come along though...Gundog day is Saturday the 15th May  :)

Oh poor Pickle - he was so looking forward to it. But I will definitely try and come along, especially if there will be good doggy-things shopping opportunities!
