petpals insurance, anyone else with these..

Tilly is insured with petpals just wondering if anybody else is with this company, have looked through other threads trying to find out but haven't come across anything. i've not had a claim yet,fingers crossed it will be many years yet!, but would be interested if anybody has and if your payments went up after a claim at the moment i pay £17.19 a month and have got lifelong cover :D
