HELP screen gone funny

Gizzy just stood on my lap top, the keyson the right and i've got no too bars or anything, just the page with everything all small filling the screen and a scroll bar.
 >:D
What do I press?!!

Ok, got my toobars back but still v. small text and everything!

Go to 'view' and then 'text size' - does that help?

Do a system restore - i know it sounds drastic, but doing this will undo any changes made to your computer and restore it to an earlier time, saves fiddling around attempting to undo what you dont know has been done.

start

accessories
system tools
system restore
