1st place at our first ever show!!

I'm so pleased. Yesterday we entered an open Pedigree show at Paws in the park. We entered 4 classes: Av Yearling, Av Gundog group, Av Open and in the companion show Prettiest bitch. Well i'm so chuffed as Roxy won 1st place rosette in the yearling group and we also got a 5th in the Gundog!!! I had no expectations what so ever as we've only been to a couple of ringcraft classes but we stopped becasue i didn't like the atmosphere against the other owners so have really just been watching and learning from other show goers.  It was really warm and she got fidgety towards the end but i'm so proud of her! Because we won our class it automatically meant we were entered for BIS. We didn't get anything but i was more happy that we'd even made it and really proud to be placed amongst the BIS dogs from the 9 other classes.

Well done - we were there but in the companion ring with Suki cos Harriet is too young!
The classes were all big, so even bigger well done  :005:
